Shipping Policy
All products include shipping in the cost. Items are printed and made on demand. Therefore, items will ship after they are processed and printed. Please allow for several days for the printing and shipping process. Some items are manufactured and shipped in the United States and have less wait times. Some products are outsourced to various countries and have longer wait times. Thanks again for your patience and we hope you love your new product(s)!
Return & Exchange Policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. However, some issues will be considered on a case by case basis. Please be sure your purchase sizes, colors, and preferences are selected so that there is no buyers remorse. If you choose to return, please reach out to support@tigerdripstore.com​ first and we can help you with your return.
